About Me

I first started going to the gym when I was in secondary school. I was unconfident and had no idea of how or where to start and because of this I soon gave up and that is now a regrettable decision of mine. In January 2022 I thought I'd give it another go and I haven't looked back since! I have been consistently going to the gym for 3 years now and the only thing I wish I could change is the fact that I didn't start sooner!

When I first started I didn't know much about gyms and didn't really know what I had to do to be able to achieve my fitness goals. I now want to use everything I have learnt along the way to be able to help other people kickstart their journey into reaching their fitness goals.

So whether you are a beginner who wants to change your lifestyle and improve on your fitness or someone who wants to pick up from where you left off just get in touch and we will work together to achieve your goals!

Face to Face Coaching

What do you get with face to face coaching?

  • In person sessions making sure you are pushing yourself/have
    the correct form, this way you will get the most out of your
    sessions!
  • Weekly check ups, to see how you have found the last week!
    Once a month goal setting, so you know what you are trying to
    achieve in the short term to be able to reach that long term
    goal!
  • Weekly business updates, letting you know anything that may
    be changing or anything new happening!
  • 24/7 support/any help that you need along the way!
  • A gym plan created based of your needs and goals!
  • Weekly revies of your gym plan!
  • Access to my PT app!
  • 44% lower admin fee per week compared to online coaching

1 on 1 PT (1 Hour session)
1 on 1 PT (30 minute session)
1 on 2 PT (1 Hour session)

    Online Coaching

    What do you get with online coaching?

    • Weekly check ups, to see how you have found the last
      week!

      trying to achieve in the short term to be able to reach

      that may be changing or anything new happening!
    • 24/7 support/any help that you need along the way!

    Cost per week: £12.50

    App Access

    What do you get with the app access?

    • Access to my PT app for your own needs!
    • The app will track everything for you!

    For example,

      1. You will be able to create your own workouts

    2. You will have access to videos showing how to preform each exercise

    3. You will be able to see your progression throughout the weeks and months for each exercise you do

    4. You will be able to track some body metrics, which will show your progression throughout the weeks and months

    5. You can also add any other activities you do e.g. a walk or a sport

     

    Cost per month: £12.50

     

    If you are wanting a one off Plan to be created for you to be added to your app there will be an extra one off payment of £25
